indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions and consent to the

Ownership of the site

and operated by Picture Media Pty.
Ltd.. Picture Media Pty. Ltd. owns
and/or represents all content included
on the site. All content is protected by
international copyright laws and as such
may not be copied, reproduced or used
in anyway whatsoever without prior
authorisation from Picture Media Pty.
Ltd.
Trademark Ownership
“Picture Media” and the “Picture Media
logo” are trademarks of Picture Media
Pty. Ltd., and may not be used without
our permission.
Use Of Content and Material
* You may not use any content or
material without first establishing a
licensing agreement with Picture Media
Pty. Ltd. By downloading content and
requesting high resolution images you
are consenting to the licensing
agreement.
* By using the Picture Media website
all users agree to defend, indemnify and
hold Picture Media Pty. Ltd. and it’s
directors, employees and affiliates,
harmless against any and all claims
asserted against Picture Media Pty. Ltd.,
it’s directors, employees and affiliates,
as a result of your use.
* The transfer of reproduction and/or
representation rights for one or several
photographs by the agency does not
exempt the publisher/client from taking
necessary measures to respect the rights
of persons photographed. If need be,
the publisher/client will obtain
authorisations for publication/
reproduction from persons
photographed, or from the owners of
photographed objects or works, or
written permission from the agency.
The publisher/client bears sole
responsibility for any publication/
reproduction without written permission
from the person(s) photographed, or the
owners of object or works
photographed. In case of a litigation,
the publisher/client waives the right to
rely on the agency as guarantor.
* Picture Media images are for one
time editorial use only. Additional use
must be negotiated and agreed to in
writing with Picture Media Pty. Ltd.
* Use is restricted to editorial inclusion
in the users own publication (unless
otherwise agreed to in writing by
Picture Media Pty. Ltd.) and not for
resale, trade, packaging, promotion nor
advertising.
* All reproduction and or representation
will bear the obligatory mention of the
photographer’s and/or author’s name,
source and that of the agency. In case
of omission, a Picture Media Pty. Ltd.
fee will be charged.
* No photograph can be altered or
manipulated in any way by any means
without prior consent by Picture Media
Pty. Ltd.
* Picture Media images may not be
stored in any temporary or permanent
electronic database for future use unless
agreed to in writing with Picture Media
Pty. Ltd.
* The publisher/client agrees to send
proof of publication/reproduction to
Picture Media Pty. Ltd., which will be
used by Picture Media Pty. Ltd. to bill
reproduction.
* Picture Media Pty. Ltd. payment
terms are seven (7) days from the date
of invoice.

WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

until you have destroyed all content that
you have copied or downloaded from

you are in addition bound by this

downloaded or requested the content
under the terms of this agreement or
otherwise.

this agreement at any time without

clients provide some basic contact and
company information to use for internal
administration purposes only.

At Picture Media Pty Ltd. we respect
your right to privacy and we will make
every effort to guard the personal
information you share with us, in a
controlled, secure environment
(however perfect security on the
internet does not yet exist.)
